Price Increase Takes Effect April 24
As previously announced back in January, a price increase will take effect beginning April 24th. New price books will be distributed on April 18th. Price increases will vary, but below is a brief overview of the average increases by product group. Please note that surcharges will no longer be imposed on new pricing after April 24th. Existing quotes will be valid for 30 days after the price increase. If old pricing is being used, then surcharges will still apply.
Armstrong Heat Transfer Group – 3-7 percent increase depending on material type
Armstrong Steam & Condensate Group – 5-7 percent increase on average
Armstrong Hot Water Group – 5-7 percent increase
Armstrong Humidification Group – 5 percent increase with the exception for the GHF (15 percent increase) and 9000 Series (12 percent increase).
Armstrong Flow Measurement Group – 5-7 percent increase on average

Use The SAGE® Mobile App To Program Rada Digital Faucet
Setting up and configuring the Rada Digital Faucet is now easier than ever with the recent release of functionality in the latest SAGE® mobile app. Users can quickly connect to the faucet within the native SAGE® app to program Rada Digital Faucets with no SAGE® subscription or iPad required!
We encourage all users to download and become familiar with the most current version of the SAGE® app to program all Rada Digital Faucets. The previous iPad software used to program the Rada Digital Faucet will no longer be supported and there are several feature improvements in the SAGE app. Programming faucets using the Rada iPad app is (currently) possible, however may not supported in the future and will not be updated with new features.
Get started by downloading or updating the SAGE® app now from the Apple Store or Google Play. Use this Quick Start User Guide to sync the Rada Digital Faucet.

Upgrade to Emech® Digital Control Valves
The Emech actuator will see a long-awaited upgrade very soon. Unfortunately, COVID did not work in our favor so there will be a gap in time until the new actuator is available for shipment. As of now, we have no inventory of the current model G12 or G13 actuators. The current lead time for a complete Emech valve, actuator system or actuator only is 8-12 weeks. At that time, we will transition to our new G22 and G23 actuator. If you have an order or a potential order and the customer cannot wait this long, please contact Bhaskar Chowdhury as we may have a few options available in the interim. Custom Designed To Meet Customer Needs
Armstrong Air Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE) are custom-designed and fabricated to meet the unique requirements of customers. They are commonly used in applications ranging from condensers for steam and distillate vapors, to coolers for water, glycol, lube oil, fuels, and other liquids. When a reliable source of water is unavailable or too costly, we offer a design for closed-loop water cooling with no water loss or plume associated with typical cooling towers.
Armstrong’s ACHE can be fabricated with either heavy-duty Series 6000 industrial pressure parts to meet ASME Section VIII, div. 1 and API 661 standards for refinery, chemical and power plant environments or with a light-duty Duralite™ core design for institutional applications. Options available for multiple fans, diameters from 10 to 48 inches, direct or belt drive, VFD drive ready motors, centrefeed steam coils to protect against freezing and hail guards to protect coil fins. The Armstrong Heat Transfer Group will host its spring Rep School from May 1st through May 3rd in Granby, Quebec. The three-day school will cover Armstrong Heat Transfer products, their applications, sales and marketing strategies, and the customers to target for both institutional and industrial markets.
