We understand the challenges the global supply chain has presented in recent years. That’s why we’ve worked tirelessly to source the best components — partnering primarily with local Michigan suppliers. We’re proud to say the new GFH is Michigan-made, with 90% of external components sourced from within the state.

New Digital Hot Water Solutions Brochure Available

The new Digital Solutions for Healthy Hot Water brochure is now available on the Armstrong website and can also be ordered through the user portal. The brochure highlights Armstrong’s complete Armada℠ portfolio, including digital temperature control, scale-removal technology, monitoring and documentation with SAGE®, heat pump solutions, and water heating systems. Please make sure your teams are aware of this new resource and update any customer-facing materials as needed.

Armstrong Hot Water Group Rep School Recap


We were thrilled to host the 2026 Armstrong Hot Water Group Rep School at our North America Learning Center in Three Rivers, MI.

Throughout the program, reps engaged in a well-rounded agenda designed to deepen their understanding of Armstrong’s Hot Water system solutions. With a strong focus on both institutional and industrial applications, the week blended classroom learning with hands-on training to reinforce key concepts and real-world performance.

A highlight of the experience was the opportunity for application-based learning and customer field visits, allowing attendees to see our solutions in action and gain practical insights they can take back to their markets. These experiences not only strengthened technical expertise but also sparked valuable conversations and idea-sharing among peers.

Beyond the curriculum, the week fostered meaningful collaboration and connection across our rep network strengthening the partnerships that drive our collective success.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this year’s Rep School such a success. We look forward to building on this momentum as we continue delivering innovative solutions and exceptional value to our customers.

Armstrong Heat Transfer School Recap


Armstrong Heat Transfer Group was proud to host a successful three-day Heat Transfer School in Granby, welcoming 17 representatives for an engaging and hands-on learning experience.

The program delivered a strong foundation in Armstrong Heat Transfer products and their real-world applications, along with valuable insights into sales and marketing strategies and identifying target customers across both institutional and industrial markets. Participants gained a deeper understanding of how to position and grow heat transfer solutions within their territories.

A key highlight of the event was the immersive plant tour, where attendees could see equipment being built firsthand. This behind-the-scenes experience was paired with practical, application-based exercises, including measuring units and completing an IDF for a new order—reinforcing knowledge through real-world scenarios. Beyond the technical training, the program boosted collaboration and connection among peers, creating space for idea-sharing and strengthening relationships. 

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many noting the depth, quality, and practical value of the training. Attendees also expressed appreciation for the hospitality and the opportunity to expand their knowledge in an area of the business with strong growth potential.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making the Granby Heat Transfer School a memorable and impactful experience. We look forward to seeing this knowledge put into action in the field.

From Fundamentals to Field Confidence: Humidification Representative Training School


Armstrong will host a Humidification Representative Training School at its North American Learning Center in Three Rivers on October 6 & 7, 2026.

The two-day program (beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday and concluding at 5 p.m. on Wednesday) offers a deep dive into Armstrong’s commercial and industrial humidification solutions. Attendees will build product expertise across the full portfolio, learn system design and application best practices, and gain practical insights into installation, operation, and water treatment considerations.

The training also covers sales strategies, key vertical markets, and competitive positioning, supported by live demonstrations, group discussions, and real-world case examples. Participants will leave equipped to confidently specify, sell, and support Armstrong humidification systems.
