Healthy Hot Water Systems and the Nanobubble Generator

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, February 10 and join us for the third episode of the Armstrong Hot Water Group’s yearlong webinar series, Digital Solutions for Healthy Hot Water.

In this episode — “Healthy Hot Water Systems and the Nanobubble Generator” — Rick LaRose and Brian Armstrong will guide you through an informative session covering:
  • Infection control: How limescale drives biofilm and legionella growth.
  • Scald protection: How limescale undermines temperature safety.
  • Compliance: How limescale impacts water-safety-management plans.
  • Sustainability: How limescale impacts energy consumption, water quality, and equipment functionality.
You'll learn how to identify customer pain points, why we advocate for a systemic approach to healthy hot water, and where to find — and how to use — the immense amount of related content that’s been developed to date. Register Now.

Catch up on Past Episodes
We launched this series in September with its title episode, “Digital Solutions for Healthy Hot Water.” That webinar presented an overview of the four pillars of a healthy hot water system (infection control, scald protection, regulatory compliance, and sustainability) as well as our healthy hot water system principles.

The series’ second installment, “Back to Basics with The Brain®,” was presented in December. We reviewed the essential role our pioneering solution The Brain® plays in a healthy hot water system, aligned our digital technology with our system principles, and reviewed the competitive landscape.

These webinars were recorded and can be accessed via the User Portal on the Armstrong website or by clicking the links above.

Stand Apart from the Competition with This Unit Heater Upsell

Want to make more sales? Don’t forget the unit heater option that no competitor has: pre-piped packages!

Armstrong’s pre-piped unit heater solutions simplify installation, eliminate common piping errors, and deliver a more reliable system from day one. Instead of walking into customer facilities where improper piping is the root cause of ongoing issues, you can offer a factory-assembled solution that reduces on-site variability and performance risk. The result? A better solution for your customer and more dollars added to your sale.

Pricing and sketches can be found in the HotBreath Price Book in the Rep Portal. You’re also welcome to reach out to the Heat Transfer Group; we’ll be happy to help!

Upcoming Price Adjustment – Effective February 2

We want to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our pricing structure. Beginning February 2, we will implement an average price increase of 6–6.5% across all product groups. This change reflects ongoing market conditions and our commitment to maintaining the quality and reliability you expect from us.

To support a smooth transition, we will distribute updated price books one week prior to the effective date, ensuring you have ample time to review the changes.

As in previous years, we will continue to honor existing active quotes for 30 days following the price adjustment. This grace period is designed to help you manage current projects and budgets with confidence. Additionally, as part of this update, we will be returning to our standard discount structure. These discounts were temporarily modified in May due to tariff-related impacts, and we’re pleased to reinstate them as conditions have stabilized.

We appreciate your continued partnership and are here to support you through this transition.
