STEAM, AIR, AND HOT WATER EDITION

Introducing Clean Steam (CS) Humidifier

The Armstrong Humidification Group is thrilled to announce the launch of the next generation of Clean Steam (CS), steam to steam humidifier. The new CS series brings a new face and technology to time-proven design. The new CS series includes a host of exciting features and benefits:
  • Intuitive 5” Full-Color Touchscreen: Navigate with ease and access enhanced operational data and diagnostics to support faster, more accurate service.
  • BACnet Native Communications: You asked, we delivered. BACnet is now standard, with Modbus still available for flexible integration.
  • Modulating Fill Option: Our new control panel offers a modulating fill option to create a more consistent fill reducing large swings in steam production due to long fill times.
  • Integrated Maintenance Timer: Say goodbye to missed maintenance and guesswork, your humidifier keeps you informed with timely alerts through its user interface or directly via your Building Management System.
The CS has long been a cornerstone of the Armstrong humidifier line, and we're excited to introduce the next generation. Enhanced with modern features and benefits, while maintaining the rugged reliability customers have come to expect.

This launch represents a major leap forward in performance, reliability, and serviceability. Log in to the Armstrong User Portal and navigate to the new product releases page to view the new Clean Steam launch materials.

Study Shows Optimal Humidification For Operating Room

A recent study funded by Armstrong and published in the September issue of the ASHRAE Journal shows that operating room environments that achieved a minimum of 35 percent relative humidity produce fewer microbial contaminants in both the sterile field and within the operating room. This is a significant increase from the 20 percent standard set by ASHRAE in 2013 and is being followed by healthcare facilities today. View the article and share it with your healthcare customers to prompt a discussion about the importance of maintaining proper humidity levels to ensure patient safety.

Turn Up The Heat With 3 Row Duramix™

When cold weather strikes, Armstrong Duramix™ heating coils perform. That’s because they combine the advantages of a face and by-pass system with the quality and heavy-duty construction that are part of every Armstrong coil. Armstrong 3 row Duramix™ delivers extra heating capacity due to a higher Btu output afforded by an extra row. With the same dimensions as the standard 1 and 2 row units, for cost effective replacement of existing IFB coils, 3 row Duramix™ delivers maximum freeze protection, accurate temperature control and consistent leaving-air temperature while maintaining the same footprint. Hungry For Sales?

The Food and Beverage markets continue to offer opportunities for you to grow your business. Understanding who sits on the piles of cash inside these facilities can be a challenge. Download the Food Market Playbook and use it as your guide to uncover opportunities and identify personnel you should be engaging with on a regular basis. In most cases, there isn’t one specific person making the decisions so be sure that multiple personnel, with varying responsibilities, know who you are and what Armstrong has to offer them. Happy Hunting.

Simplify Trap Rebate Reporting With SAGE®

Energy company rebates offer a valuable opportunity for your customers to maximize savings through a trap replacement program. However, the associated reporting requirements can often be complex and time-consuming. SAGE® simplifies this process by providing comprehensive visibility into the entire trap population, including trap type, condition, and calculated energy losses. If your customer’s reporting requires additional details that can be retrieved in SAGE® such as trap orifice size, please reach out to your local leadership team to access the information.
