STEAM, AIR, AND HOT WATER EDITION

Now Available: Digital Mixing Center Featuring Nanobubble Generator

Achieving healthy hot water just got easier. The Armstrong Hot Water Group is excited to officially launch our Digital Mixing Center with the Armstrong Nanobubble Generator (DMC-ANG). The DMC-ANG package features an ANG already installed and neatly tucked into the system return line of our pre-piped Digital Mixing Center.

The Nanobubble Generator has no moving parts and requires minimal maintenance compared to other water treatment or enhancement options. Your customers can rest easy knowing they're harnessing the power of the most precise water temperature control on the market in The Brain®, now with a solution for proven scale removal and inhibition for a healthier, more efficient hot water system.

Visit the DMC-ANG product page on the Armstrong website to review the submittal packages and other information for the Digital Mixing Center with Armstrong Nanobubble Generator. If you have any questions, please reach out to hwginstitutional@armstronginternational.com.

Armstrong Nanobubble Generator Demo Units

Over the next two months, each sales representative’s main office will receive a Nanobubble Generator demo unit from Armstrong. This unit, as shown in the photo below, can stand upright on a table and is designed specifically for use at trade shows, conferences, and customer demos.

The unit dimensions are 60” long from the outside of each foot and 26” high from the ground to the top of the pressure gauge. The unit weighs approximately 60 lbs. Although the demo unit is not functional, it’s a great way to showcase the Nanobubble Generator in a side stream orientation. It features the required bypass, a strainer, and differential pressure gauges that showcase how easy it is to adjust and tune the Nanobubble Generator – a key point to highlight when selling an ANG.

Armstrong Nanobubble Generator Rep Webinar

Join Rick LaRose on June 3rd at 1:00 ET for an hour-long webinar training on the Armstrong Nanobubble Generator. During this webinar, you'll receive a comprehensive overview of the side-stream demo unit, general product knowledge, and demonstration techniques. You don't want to miss this important presentation that will also include key selling points and application scenarios. This training will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and is open to all sales representatives. A recording will be available for those who cannot attend live.

Our wide range of customizable options provides solutions to meet nearly any application requirement. We offer our standard shell and tube design with stainless steel piping, a popular choice in food process applications. Copper piping is also available as a more economical option for other processes.
Alternatively, ReadiTemp® can be designed with helical heat exchangers for a water heater system with a smaller footprint – a useful option for plants that want to upgrade from old manual heating systems to our renowned digital feed-forward systems. Plate and frame heat exchangers are also available for ease of maintenance and increased heating capabilities.

Operating Pressure of Steam Trap Testing and Monitoring Devices

Following our recent survey, it appears that many are confusing the MOP of SAGE UMT® with SteamEye®. The SAGE UMT® can reliably test steam traps above 2psig when the SteamEye® 4700 series needs at least 15psig.

Here is a table to clarify the operating pressure for the steam trap testing equipment:

Please contact Philippe Moock or Andres Blaubach if you have any questions.

Armstrong On The Road

In April, Armstrong participated at HotelPoint 2025 in Orlando. The event attracted hospitality industry executives responsible for construction, design, engineering, and renovation. Armstrong presented to two groups of executives who expressed interest in hot water system solutions. Armstrong was also matched with 26 attendees including executives from Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, Omni, OTO Development and more, for one-on-one meetings. These private meetings provided an exclusive opportunity to share Armstrong's capabilities, expertise, and experience with key decision-makers from leading hotel brands.

Armstrong also hosted a Product Showcase the day after the show ended. We displayed our high-temperature heat pump, ASCEND® On-Demand Water Heater, and The Brain® Digital Mixing Center with an integrated Nanobubble Generator. We had the opportunity to share more about these products with key leaders from Hilton, Disney, OTO, Aimbridge, and several others. We look forward to driving future sales from these two very successful events.
