Josh Reasoner Named Director Of Business Development For Institutional Products
The Armstrong Hot Water Group is excited to share that Josh Reasoner has been promoted to Director of Business Development - Institutional Products. Josh, a former Regional Manager with 15 years of service with Hamilton, an Armstrong International brand, has made a huge impact in his time at Armstrong. In this role, Josh will now oversee all of the Armstrong product solutions that serve our Institutional customers, or as we like to refer to it, “Hot Water for People”.
Armstrong is laser-focused on water heating, and in the last few years, we've added gas-fired technology to our successful steam and boiler water heater range of products. Josh will work to ensure the success of each of the institutional product lines, including The Brain®, Digital-Flo® and Flo-Rite-Temp® water heaters, ABH gas-fired water heaters, and ASCEND®. Contact Josh at 734-516-3038 and jreasoner@armstronginternational.com.
Josh has a robust sales team working with him to support our reps. Kriston Shank and Kyle Bradford will provide support for The Brain® and steam/boiler heaters, and Alina Springer and Scott Sumeracki will support gas-fired water heating products. Kyle, Kriston, and Josh can be reached at hwginstitutional@armstronginternational.com, and Scott, Alina, and Josh can be reached at gasfiredsales@armstronginternational.com. |
Tariff Impact - Impacts on Steam and Condensate, Hot Water and Humidification Products
In light of the recently announced tariffs, all standard part quotes will be honored for 30 days, and all special packages and special part quotes will be honored for one week. We recommend following this same condition for anything that you quote to your customers until we have a better understanding of the impact of all of the tariffs that are being imposed. Regarding orders that are on hold for approval, we will hold those for two weeks from when the purchase order is received by Armstrong or from the time approval drawings are sent back to the representative (if applicable). We understand that the sales cycle is usually longer than this, and we will do our best to work with you on a project-by-project basis.
This announcement only applies to Steam and Condensate, Hot Water, and Humidification products. Tariff impacts on Armstrong International - Heat Transfer Group products will be handled separately. Please contact this division with any questions. |

New Rep Onboarding and Orientation
Has your organization hired new Representatives? Or, has a current Representative changed jobs or perhaps retired? We like to keep our records neat and clean, but we need your help. When there are changes in your organization, log in to your User Portal and click/submit the "Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Form" to keep our business systems updated.
When a new Representative is registered, they will automatically be enrolled in Armstrong's Rep Orientation. The rep will be assigned a username and password to access the Armstrong User Portal and Armstrong University as well as be added to our email distribution lists. Please allow up to 24 hours for a new rep account to be created.
You can also use the form to essentially "remove" a departing Representative from Armstrong's records as well. We appreciate your help in ensuring we always have the most up-to-date contact information for your company. If you have any questions or need help in updating your organization's records, please contact us now.
As our business grows, naturally so does yours. To fortify our partnership and reinforce our support, we have reenergized and restructured our existing Rep onboarding program to better serve new representatives as they begin their selling journey.
Armstrong’s Rep Orientation will include a targeted Armstrong University® curriculum built specifically for Reps supported by Virtual Knowledge “Check Ups”. Once complete, collaborative in-field mentoring will follow ensuring you can apply knowledge to practice on customer calls. |
