Helpful Tips From VERIS
The VERIS Flow Measurement Group has recently implemented the same case system used by other divisions of Armstrong. When an email is sent to veris-sales@armstronginternational.com, it creates a new case and provides you with a case number. Any response regarding the case should be relayed using the email chain with your case number. Responding only to the email chain with your case number will keep your project clean and organized.
When a new quote request is sent to the VERIS Flow Measurement Group, we also require the appropriate IDF form to be filled out and sent with the request. Since every meter is custom-built, the IDF gives us the information required to make the best selection for the application and saves multiple back-and-forth emails. Having this information upfront allows us to get your quote back to you as quickly as possible. |

Please also attach the email or quote from Armstrong that confirms special pricing was approved. Providing this information when submitting your PO eliminates back and forth communications and helps speed up the order entry process.
All extended discounts, outside of your standard discount structure, must be approved by the specific Armstrong product group. .

New Rep Onboarding and Orientation
Has your organization hired new Representatives? Or, has a current Representative changed jobs or perhaps retired? We like to keep our records neat and clean, but we need your help. When there are changes in your organization, log in to your User Portal and click/submit the "Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Form" to keep our business systems updated.
When a new Representative is registered, they will automatically be enrolled in Armstrong's Rep Orientation. The rep will be assigned a username and password to access the Armstrong User Portal and Armstrong University as well as be added to our email distribution lists. Please allow up to 24 hours for a new rep account to be created.
You can also use the form to essentially "remove" a departing Representative from Armstrong's records as well. We appreciate your help in ensuring we always have the most up-to-date contact information for your company. If you have any questions or need help in updating your organization's records, please contact us now.
As our business grows, naturally so does yours. To fortify our partnership and reinforce our support, we have reenergized and restructured our existing Rep onboarding program to better serve new representatives as they begin their selling journey.
Armstrong’s Rep Orientation will include a targeted Armstrong University® curriculum built specifically for Reps supported by Virtual Knowledge “Check Ups”. Once complete, collaborative in-field mentoring will follow ensuring you can apply knowledge to practice on customer calls. |
