Jose Orozco Becomes Business Development Manager For Armstrong Brazil

In conjunction with Armstrong’s expansion into Brazil, Armstrong is pleased to announce the appointment of Jose Orozco to Business Development Manager for Armstrong Brazil. During his 13-year career at Armstrong, Jose brings an understanding of Brazil’s culture and the knowledge of Armstrong solutions to support and ensure an enjoyable experience for our customers. Jose will be working closely with the team in Brazil to help and support our entry into this very important market. Please join us in congratulating Jose on his next adventure with Armstrong!

Emily Fritts Named North America OEM Markets Director

 

Armstrong is pleased to announce the appointment of Emily Fritts as North American OEM Markets Director reporting to Kyle Higginbotham. Emily began her career with Armstrong in the fluid handling group and for the past 22 years, she has held various roles within Armstrong including application engineering, drafting, configurator specialist and most recently, managing the Electric Condensate Pump line. Emily has a vast knowledge of Armstrong solutions and their applications. She always strives to deliver an enjoyable experience with everyone she interacts with, and her strong work ethic will set up and propel the OEM Markets for a prosperous future. Congratulations Emily!

Building Automation and Failsafe Accessory Panels now available for ReadiTemp® and Emech®!

The Armstrong Hot Water group is excited to introduce building automation and failsafe accessory panels that can be paired with the Emech® G2 actuator on ReadiTemp®, Emech® Industrial Mixing Centers, and stand-alone Emech® Three-Way Temperature Control Valves. Healthy Hot Water Systems Sales Promotion

The Armstrong Nanobubble Generator (ANG) is a critical part of a healthy hot water system. It is also a key component of ArmadaSM – Digital Solutions for Healthy Hot Water. ANG is a proven way to inhibit and remove scale deposits on equipment and within pipework and fittings. It also improves system and equipment operational efficiencies, saves energy, and helps your customers achieve their sustainability goals. In addition, when scale is removed, we also reduce the risk of bacterial accumulation which supports infection control.
To inspire our fantastic representative channel to drive even more sales of the ANG, the Hot Water Group has developed an exciting sales incentive program.

From now through June 30, 2025, Armstrong sales representatives will receive an Amazon gift card for every ANG sold! A $100 Amazon gift card will be awarded for a stand-alone ANG or an ANG pre-piped assembly. A $250 Amazon gift card will be awarded for each ANG that is paired with an Armada solution or an industrial hot water product. Gift cards will be distributed to each representative agency at the end of each Armstrong fiscal quarter. Speaking of training, we had the privilege of spending time with the WARE sales group during a gathering at WARE University in Louisville, KY. Packaging the capabilities we have among different groups within Armstrong is a key strategy for us and especially with our new partners at WARE! We had a great session and talked about numerous partnership opportunities to earn a greater share of existing customers. We also gained a better understanding of WARE’s ability to help us expand our offerings. Coming together as One Team, we can provide more value to our clients. The SteamEye® system is designed to monitor and detect instant failure of steam traps and other steam equipment in real-time. A key competitive advantage is that SteamEye® doesn’t require any annual subscription to operate.

It is typically connected directly to the building automation system (BAS) of the customer by MODBUS or BACnet. In case they want to monitor their steam losses and CO2 emissions, the gateway can be connected to SAGE® where the subscription is negligible compared to our rivals.

New Rep Onboarding and Orientation

Has your organization hired new Representatives? Or, has a current Representative changed jobs or perhaps retired? We like to keep our records neat and clean, but we need your help. When there are changes in your organization, log in to your User Portal and click/submit the "Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Form" to keep our business systems updated.

When a new Representative is registered, they will automatically be enrolled in Armstrong's Rep Orientation. The rep will be assigned a username and password to access the Armstrong User Portal and Armstrong University as well as be added to our email distribution lists. Please allow up to 24 hours for a new rep account to be created.

You can also use the form to essentially "remove" a departing Representative from Armstrong's records as well. We appreciate your help in ensuring we always have the most up-to-date contact information for your company. If you have any questions or need help in updating your organization's records, please contact us now.

 

As our business grows, naturally so does yours. To fortify our partnership and reinforce our support, we have reenergized and restructured our existing Rep onboarding program to better serve new representatives as they begin their selling journey.

Armstrong’s Rep Orientation will include a targeted Armstrong University® curriculum built specifically for Reps supported by Virtual Knowledge “Check Ups”. Once complete, collaborative in-field mentoring will follow ensuring you can apply knowledge to practice on customer calls.
