It’s Been A Great Ride

Marty Stevens is truly riding off into the sunset. Taking a well-deserved trip with several friends, Marty is hopping on his new Harley, riding West and bidding us farewell.

Joining Steam Economies in 1988, Marty moved into the Armstrong Heat Transfer Group in 2014 as Product Manager – Business Development. He soon became an invaluable addition to the team. With many accomplishments under his belt, he is best known for leading the team to our phenomenal success in the Waste-to-Energy market and championing our pre-piped package product solutions leading to record year over year growth.

It’s been an immense pleasure to work with Marty for all these years. He’s been a great ambassador of Armstrong core values – treating coworkers and customers alike with kindness and fairness, doing the right thing not just because it’s good business, but because it’s the right thing to do. If you are ever in doubt about how to deal with a customer or handle a difficult situation, just ask yourself: “what would Marty do?”. His dedication, knowledge, mentorship, and friendship has been a blessing to us all!

Marty, thanks for the laughs, the hard work and the memories. Enjoy every moment of this new chapter of your life!

Humidification Discount Schedule Now Available

The Armstrong Humidification Group has released its discount schedule for Armstrong Representatives only. Please download the discount schedule and contact the factory for special extended discounts on competitive bids or multiple humidifier situations.

Limited Space? No Problem.

The Armstrong ERS-LC resistive humidifier has the smallest footprint of all Armstrong electric humidifiers. It only requires 30 inches of linear wall clearance and only 2 of those inches on the left side. The ERS-LC hangs only 11 inches off the wall making it easy to work around in small rooms or hallways. It also only requires two side access for general maintenance and repair. Remember with limited space every inch counts!

Flo-Direct® Quoting Now Available From The Configurator

Quoting Armstrong Flo-Direct® projects just got easier. The Armstrong Hot Water Group has worked closely with our C1 team to create a Configuration option for standard size Armstrong Flo-Direct® models. You can use this tool to quote the AFD for projects where a standard AFD model will be suitable and special configurations or modifications are not needed. In the Configurator, you can review selections for model size, fuel type, storage tank options, immersion heaters, and more. Order Entry Tips & Reminders

When submitting your POs to Armstrong, please be sure to include your PO number in the email subject line. By doing this, it helps our customer service/order entry teams find your emails/orders quickly when questions arise.

Revised Product & Services Line-Up Brochure Now Available

The Product and Services Line-up brochure (320) has been updated as of May 2024. The PDF of the revised design is available now on the website and printed pieces will be available this month via the Literature Order Form in the Armstrong User Portal. We are out of printed copies of the previous version. If you’ve already requested these brochures and haven’t received them yet, your existing request will be fulfilled with the new version when they become available.

Armstrong Special Event And Holiday Office Schedule

Please note that Armstrong operations in the United States will be closed on the afternoon of Thursday, June 20 for our annual employee recognition event. Offices will also be closed again on Thursday and Friday, July 4-5 in honor of Independence Day.

New Rep Onboarding and Orientation

Has your organization hired new Representatives? Or, has a current Representative changed jobs or perhaps retired? We like to keep our records neat and clean, but we need your help. When there are changes in your organization, log in to your User Portal and click/submit the "Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Form" to keep our business systems updated.

When a new Representative is registered, they will automatically be enrolled in Armstrong's Rep Orientation. The rep will be assigned a username and password to access the Armstrong User Portal and Armstrong University as well as be added to our email distribution lists. Please allow up to 24 hours for a new rep account to be created.

You can also use the form to essentially "remove" a departing Representative from Armstrong's records as well. We appreciate your help in ensuring we always have the most up-to-date contact information for your company. If you have any questions or need help in updating your organization's records, please contact us now.

As our business grows, naturally so does yours. To fortify our partnership and reinforce our support, we have reenergized and restructured our existing Rep onboarding program to better serve new representatives as they begin their selling journey.

Armstrong’s Rep Orientation will include a targeted Armstrong University® curriculum built specifically for Reps supported by Virtual Knowledge “Check Ups”. Once complete, collaborative in-field mentoring will follow ensuring you can apply knowledge to practice on customer calls.
