STEAM, AIR, AND HOT WATER EDITION

New SAGE® Dashboard Delivers Customer Insights

A new rep survey dashboard has been launched in SAGE® to give you greater insights into your customers trap activity. This new dashboard will enable you to better sort and prioritize those accounts that need attention. Here’s a step-by-step tutorial highlighting its navigation, content and key features.

1. How to access? Click on “Subscriptions” in the top right of the screen.

2. What’s inside?

  • My Subscription – Dashboard of the survey package (all locations)
  • Survey Locations – List of all the locations under the survey package
  • End User Subscriptions – List of all the paid subscriptions managed by the rep
Within My Subscription:
  • SAGE® Survey Package – Provides an at-a-glance overview of your current survey subscription package, renew data, users, locations, cost per trap (credits available/traps created), credit usage as a %. This should help maximize your credit usage and budget for potential upgrades needed to your package.
  • Credit in Use – Displays total amount of credits used by asset (e.g., traps)
  • Testing Method – Shows what types of testing are being performed (Real Time, UMT, or Manual update)
  • Growth Chart – Shows credit usage over time enabling you to forecast when you might need to upgrade your package based on trends. You can also see locations over a specified period to see overall location growth. Note that it started calculating in July 2021. Prior to that, it is always 0. Might affect current projection, will resolve itself over time. Note that traps surveyed can be greater than 100 percent if traps were deleted.
  • Traps Surveyed by Time – Shows activity on testing traps in the system. Goal might be to have 90% of the traps tested in the last 12 months. If you are getting a lower percentage, it means you have stale data and should put efforts towards scheduling trap audits. You can also click on the dial to get a detailed list of which accounts to focus on. This is one of the top features of the dashboard. Naturally you might look for the locations that have the lowest percentage and contact the individuals to the right using the contacts button to request a trap audit.
  • Technician Activity – Shows traps surveyed by technician (top 10). Use this to set goals for technicians to perform more audits. Information symbol notes that technician activity is slow to load for large reps and is under review.

  • Survey Locations & End User Subscriptions – Detailed view from traps surveyed widget or the main navigation link. Information symbol denotes that traps surveyed can be greater than 100 percent if traps were deleted.

3. What’s Coming?
  • Additional Columns – This feature will enable you to better strategize your trap management initiatives (e.g., performance, Armstrong market share, years as a SAGE® customer, etc.)
  • End User Subscription Dashboard – Similar to the new ‘Survey Dashboard’ but with data from the ‘End User Subscriptions’ tab
We hope you find this new dashboard experience helpful in providing insights that enable you to better manage customer relationships now and in the future. Please contact Phillippe Moock if you have any questions.

Coming In January – Redesigned Stainless-Steel Steamix® Hose Stations

The Armstrong Hot Water Group is pleased to announce the launch of the re-designed stainless-steel Steamix® hose stations (models ending in ‘SS’) available in January.

The re-designed stainless-steel Steamix® products feature flanged connections in place of threaded connections. The flanged connections will prevent leakage that could occur at the threaded connections.

The valve internals have not changed, and the operating mechanism remains the same. You can continue to count on the safety-first principles that make Steamix® products the top choice for customers seeking a reliable, durable hose station.

List prices for the stainless-steel models will remain as published – refer to the AHWG Price Book 703-E.1 (pp. 83-84) for current pricing on stainless-steel Steamix® products.

We’re committed to delivering enjoyable experiences to you and your customers. The flanged connection will improve the performance of the stainless-steel Steamix® valve. We will also continue to provide spare parts and support for models with threaded connections.

A very limited number of older models are also available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis. Please submit your PO as soon as possible if your project requires stainless-steel Steamix® products with threaded connections.

Please see the updated data sheets and Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manual to review changes to the stainless-steel Steamix® products.
