Conduct Thermal Assessments And Win An iPad

Thermal Assessments are a great way to uncover opportunities to improve the performance and efficiency of steam, hot water and condensate systems as well as their safety, reliability and integrity. Conducting a Thermal Assessment is easy too – especially when using the Thermal Assessment feature within SAGE®. Armstrong Hot Water Group Receives Large Scale Order For Rada Digital Faucets

In May, Energy West Controls in Salt Lake City received an initial order for 470 Rada MX1-40 Digital Faucets. This order will be going into a new children’s hospital being built in Lehi, Utah that is part of a large private healthcare network. In addition to this initial order, Energy West has quoted multiple hospitals within the same healthcare network and anticipates multiple future Faucet orders.

This opportunity is the culmination of the Rep's strong relationship with the customer, engineer, and contractor; Armstrong’s support in working with the Rep, consulting engineer and the owner in understanding the infection control and safety aspects of the Rada Digital Faucet and the owner's adoption of the Rada Digital Faucet as their standard. In addition to this exciting order, several Armstrong Reps throughout North America have pending orders with quantities of 200+ faucets about to be awarded. Of these orders, we are also seeing interest in the networking capabilities of the Rada Digital Faucet.

Thanks to our partner Reps for promoting the Rada Digital Faucet and setting up visits for our Product Champion (Rick LaRose) to meet with their hospital networks. We encourage all reps to reach out to Rick to schedule training for their team and arrange customer visits to their territory. Underway at the University of Texas in Austin is the construction of a new multi-purpose arena slated to open in April 2022. The Moody Center is a $350 million project that will be the new home of Texas Longhorns basketball teams as well as a world-class venue for music and other events. Two pairs of DF120WEDW80 and DF90WEDW80 Armstrong Digital-Flo® boiler water-to-water heat exchangers featuring the Brain® Digital Recirculation Valve will deliver, with unparalleled precision, all of the domestic hot water for the athletes, staff and visitors. Process Air Heaters For Demanding Environments

Armstrong process air heaters are ideal for dryer applications such as conveyor dryers, spray dryers, flash dryers and fluid bed dryers found in power generation and pulp/paper plants. They are constructed of heavy-duty aluminum, copper, carbon and stainless steel and are able to withstand high pressure and high temperature environments. The removable coil (drawer type) design, makes them easy to clean and maintain. Armstrong can also design the units to provide your customers with more capacity to the dryer and increase the process output. September Industrial Representative Training School

Armstrong will host an Industrial Representative training school September 20-24. We are hopeful Covid will be behind us and that we’ll be able to return to a single full class of 24+ attendees. We highly recommend attendees have 12-18 months on the job and have taken the basic steam/condensate/heat transfer Armstrong University courses. Your experience at the Three Rivers Learning Center will be greatly enhanced with those sound basics under your belt. We look forward to welcoming you back on the Three Rivers campus. Institutional Rep School Times Two

Armstrong successfully held a second Institutional Market School in June. Our congratulations and thanks to the newest group of Armstrong sales representatives as they take their new product and market information to customers in their territories.

Print Armstrong University Certificates On Demand

Armstrong University students can now instantly print their course completion certificates. After a course is completed, simply click on “Congratulations. Print your certificate.” A button called “View Certificate” will then be displayed enabling you to download a PDF and print the certificate. This new functionality eliminates our old process of emailing certificates to participants.
