STEAM, AIR, AND HOT WATER EDITION

Introducing Armada℠ - The Hot Water Ecosystem From Armstrong

Introducing Armada℠ – a state-of-the-art engineered hot water system created to deliver a superior level of user safety, infection control and compliance from mechanical room to point of use. Armada is a fully integrated domestic hot water solution. Think of it as a hot water “Ecosystem”.

With the introduction of the ABH gas fired water heater, and an exciting New Product Development (NPD) initiative in place to extend the range with new technology, Armstrong now provides highly efficient, innovative hot water generation and control solutions for virtually all types of systems and fuel sources.

Integrated generation and control differentiate the Digital-Flo and ABH by integrating the Brain® – the undisputed choice for digital recirculating system temperature control.

The recent addition of the Rada Digital Faucet to the ever-expanding Hot Water Group portfolio now provides a remarkable Point-of-Use option with hands-free digital temperature and flow control.

Bringing together our diverse hot water generation capabilities, our digital temperature controls, our point of use faucet and with the enhanced connectivity of SAGE®, we deliver Armada.

With Armada as their total system solution, customers can generate hot water efficiently, distribute it at precisely the safest and most enjoyable temperature, and perhaps most profoundly, monitor, record and document every single drop with SAGE.

Food For Thought: Incubator Partnership Hatches Steam Quality Solutions For Global Animal Feed Manufacturers

In 2019 Armstrong became a Community Partner with Feed Design Lab in Wanssum, Netherlands. Feed Design Lab is a working lab with a primary focus on the advancement in technology, innovation and knowledge surrounding the production of animal feed. Over the course of the past year, we’ve developed a relationship that has allowed us to go from a new partner to installing a steam harness with QM-1 and the electrical cabinet to deliver the Steam Harness and Process Parameters. This now allows partner companies such as Cargill, Buhler, CPM, Triott Group, Feedtech, Spectrum Brands, Eastman, Almex and others to see the harness in action and test our parameters on new formulas. Contact Steve Ashby for more information on the Steam Harness or to schedule customer seminars and/or site visits.

Curb The Spread Of COVID-19 While Keeping Coils From Leaking And Freezing

Recent research suggests that Coronavirus can stay in the air which heightens the importance of proper ventilation and fresh air circulation for indoor environments. However, facilities that rely on fresh air also face the challenge of preventing coils from leaking and freezing and many customers have undersized units to support their make-up air capacity.

Download this case study to learn more. Contact the Armstrong Heat Transfer Group to help advise your customers on the best options for reliable and efficient solutions that will support proper and safe outdoor air and make-up air while reducing the chances of coil leaks and freeze-ups.
