Register Today! Flow Measurement Consulting Engineers Webinar Next Week!

What do consulting engineers look for when it comes to flow measurement? Accuracy is critical as specs have to be met, but at the same time, most applications rely on repeatability. Other important considerations include turndown, straight run, installation requirements, outputs, calibration, pros and cons of different technologies and of course, price is always a topic of discussion.

Learn more about what consulting engineers are looking for by attending the Flow Measurement Consulting Engineers Webinar on Tuesday, December 17 at 2:00pm (EST).

Armstrong 2020 Food Forum Set For May 13th - 14th, 2020

The Armstrong 2020 Food Forum is scheduled for May 13th – 14th at the Armstrong North American Learning Center in Three Rivers. Last years’ forum was a huge success – thanks to the efforts of our representatives. We had 22 attendees representing 11 different companies. Please spread the word and begin recruiting attendees now. Like last year, our target audience is maintenance managers, engineering managers, process engineers, energy managers and plant managers. Look for more details coming soon and contact Steve Ashby if you have any questions.

Armstrong Healthcare Exchange Set For April 21st - 22nd, 2020

For the second year in a row, Armstrong will be hosting a Healthcare Exchange at the North America Learning Center in Three Rivers on April 21st and 22nd.

Our first ever event earlier this year was a huge success. We’ve created an interactive format that will allow for the exchange of ideas and solutions that address the challenges that hospital facility management face today and in the future.

We will be targeting facility director and management level executives from leading hospitals and we invite you to spread the word now and encourage your customers to attend. As before, Armstrong will cover all expenses at the event – customers are responsible for their own transportation costs. Look for an agenda coming in January and contact Scott Jacobson if you have immediate questions.

Thought Leadership in Higher Education Seminar - June 9th - 10th, 2020

Armstrong will host a Thought Leadership in Higher Education Seminar on June 9th and 10th at the North America Learning Center in Three Rivers. This will be a peer to peer sharing event that will focus on facilities management personnel that are faced with challenges including reduced maintenance budgets and staff, as well as managing infrastructure and building expansions along with energy reduction and sustainability initiatives. More information will be coming soon, but please save the date and plan now to attend. Contact Justin Grubka for additional information in the meantime.

Consistent Performance Year In And Year Out

Through Armstrong's partnership with OTO Development, we commissioned The Brain® Model DRV80 1st generation in the Hampton Inn located in Bellevue, WA, on November 18, 2014. For the past 5 years, it has performed consistently and without interruption. Every 4 seconds The Brain® queries the cold, hot and mixed outlet thermistors and then makes an adjustment. Over the course of the past 5 years, there have been more than 39 million queries and possible adjustments with ZERO issues. After 1,842 days in service, The Brain® consistently provides accurate water temperature control from the start.

Precisely!

This dashboard screen capture of a DRV25 installed in a retirement lodge in Ontario Canada says it all. Precise setpoint delivery achieved in the presence of continuous recirculation during a period of low demand. Sold and commissioned by our North America partners, Preston Phipps, this DRV25 installation allowed for an effortless Bluetooth pairing that confirmed rock-solid setpoint delivery. This site visit provided us with a compelling testimonial of our DRV25 Generation III technology. Do you have a DRV25 success story? Send your story along with pictures to Dan Tomlinson.
