STEAM, AIR, AND HOT WATER EDITION

SAGE UMT™ Is Here

Introducing SAGE UMT – the new Armstrong solution for wireless, hand-held steam trap testing. SAGE UMT raises the quality of steam trap testing by eliminating human error. This state-of-the-art automatic testing device makes it easy to survey any trap population quickly and accurately. Watch this video to learn more and register for one of these webinars on November 19th at 11am (ET) and December 5th at 4pm (ET) to get an overview of how SAGE Desktop, SAGE Mobile and UMT work together.

Introducing AB-3500 Steam Trap

The Armstrong AB-3500 is a new bimetallic steam trap that adjusts itself to changing conditions. As pressure increases, the valve compensates by curving the bimetallic elements caused by increasing temperature. It’s removeable cap and stainless-steel body is compact and highly resistant to corrosion. Easy to install and replace, the new AB-3500 saves time and there’s no shutdown required. Learn more about the new AB-3500.

Priced Right And Shipped Fast

The Python 1500 Series offers a significant price advantage compared to offerings from Leslie, Warren, RTK and Spirax. Download this price comparison to see for yourself. Not only does Armstrong hold a price advantage – we also ship fast. In most instances, we can ship control valves within 7 to 10 days after receipt of an order – sometimes faster. We have seen great success with the Python 1500 Series for new construction and retrofit applications. Contact us for assistance in control valve sizing and we’ll be glad to help.

Process Air Heaters For Demanding Environments

Armstrong process air heaters are ideal for dryer applications such as conveyor dryers, spray dryers, flash dryers and fluid bed dryers found in power generation and pulp/paper plants. They are constructed of heavy-duty aluminum, copper, carbon and stainless steel and are able to withstand high pressure and high temperature environments. The removable coil (drawer type) design, makes them easy to clean and maintain. Armstrong can also design the units to provide your customers with more capacity to the dryer and increase the process output. Contact the Armstrong Heat Transfer Group at 450-378-2655 for more information and to request a quote.

SteamStar® Phase Out

Armstrong is in the final phase of completing its phase out of SteamStar® and the transition to SAGE®. The SteamStar® service will be decommissioned on May 1, 2019. We encourage you to make contact with any customers that still may be using SteamStar® to help them make the transition to SAGE®. SAGE® offers smart utility monitoring, measurement and reporting that significantly reduces the time involved in surveys while also increasing accuracy. Learn more about the transition.
