Price Increase Effective July 3

Last month we announced that a price increase will take effect July 3 on Armstrong Heat Transfer Group products, Flow Measurement products and selected Armstrong Hot Water Group products excluding The Brain® and Water Heater packages. Price books will be available for download on June 24.

People On The Move

Please join us in congratulating Matt Dautle on his promotion to application engineer for the Armstrong Hot Water Group. Matt joined Armstrong in 2005 and transitioned to the Water Solutions team in 2014 where he played a vital role in the design and build of the Water Solution Heating equipment as well as employee training and leadership of Armstrong Water Solutions. Matt’s skills will serve him well as he works to grow sales and expand our product offering in the industrial hot water market.

Generating Publicity And Sales Leads

Chemical Processing magazine has published their latest eHandbook entitled “Keep Your Cool About Steam Systems”. In addition to our strong advertising presence in the eHandbook, Justin Grubka contributed the article entitled “Change Your Approach to Steam System Management” demonstrating how to improve plant productivity and reduce unplanned downtime. Armstrong will be sending leads to reps from people who express interest in being contacted.

Steam filter demo cases have been sent out and should have arrived. Be sure to take advantage of the sales promotion to earn your free demo case. In addition, we have revised the Armstrong Steam Filter Competitive Crossover so be sure to download the updated version.

Move Up To The Next Generation

The Armstrong Model 320 – Generation 2 Thermostatic Mixing Valve has undergone some recent upgrades and the next generation is now shipping for all orders. Please download the updated datasheet and note that the inlet/outlet connections are now 3/4” MNPT.

Man Your Stations

The Armstrong TVS-4000F was designed to meet the requirements of a flanged trap-valve-station while eliminating potential leak points…welds. Constructed of ASTM A351 Gr. CF8M – cast stainless steel, the TVS-4000F utilizes the same piston valves, test valve and strainer blow down valve as the standard NPT or SW versions. Additionally, the TVS-4000F comes with a standard 12” face to face making it perfect for specifications. The 3/4” model is available in ANSI Class 150, 300 and 600 ratings while the 1” model is available in ASNI Class 150 and 300. Learn more about the Armstrong TVS-4000F.
